This time we’re in the middle of a frozen lake, brewing an improvised beer with random ingredients… and lake water. Yep. Lake water. hahahahaha!!!!! Man, aside from sticking my Texan hide on a frozen lake...this is totally my style. I applaud your adventurous spirits and sense of the ridiculous. This episode should be a standard for new brewers that get caught up on the world of fanciest equipments and chemical treatments and such.

Nice "cool" video for the summer heat. It deffinatly reassured me that it will be ok if i mess up a recipe and dont follow it to a T. That looks odd when written but you know what I mean. Potentially my favorite part of the vid was the outake of Bryan showing us how to crush the grains. Where do I get one of those drill attachments?? LOL

When you were going thru the ingredients, did you mean http://thenameengine.com/name.aspx?id=1433&name=Willamette-River&cat=218. I know it's spelled crazy, but come on homebrewers pronounce your ingredients correctly!!!!!!
