Brewing TV - Episode 61: BTV Birthday Bash

Brewing TV turns two years old in proper style - brewing a beer! Jake, Mike, Chip and the brew dogs gather to make Keeler's Reverse Burster Altbier. During the brew session, we look back on two years of BTV production. We also field some FAQs from our fans. There's even a contest and a birthday present for our viewers. Wrap it up and put a pretty bow on it, we're having a birthday party! [Original postdate: May 4, 2012]

Seriously Bunghole, who the fuck uses "solipsistic" in their daily vocabulary. I had to google that shit. Just adds to the mystery of Michael Dawson.

Anyway, well done guys on the B'day. Look forward to every episode. Time to go weekly? I think so.

HA! I did too, Corcatraz... Solipsism (play /ˈsɒlɨpsɪzəm/) is the philosophical idea that only one's own mind is sure to exist. The term comes from the Latin solus (alone) and ipse (self). Solipsism as an epistemological position holds that knowledge of anything outside one's own mind is unsure.

Happy B-day boys/BTV!! Weekly episodes would ROCK!!!

Whatta mishap with this ep, isn't true Chip? :) Thank you guys, BTV for life! Keep up the excelent work!
Yes, most def time to go weekly AND for NB international (only US shipmens- cmooon!) too. I see great, bright future ahead of you, my friends:)
Dawson mentioned, that in his early days, he wanted to clone some european beers. And as an european, I'd say that we trying now to make more and more american
brews. US hop varieties are just amazing!!! History repeat itself, well sort of :)
