Just brewed a 10 gallon batch of this, and it's bubbling away... I can't wait to keg it so I can enjoy it while watching "The Hobbit!" I'm thinking about only oak-aging 5 gallons, just like in the episode, so I can have a side-by-side to determine what to do with my next 10 gallon batch! 10th level beer nerds unite!
