Wow, it's pretty weird to see a Brewing TV episode in a classroom I've spent a good amount of time... I'm damn lucky to live so close to NB.

Yes, Chip's great and how can you not like a guy from AL, but what DID happen to our BTV regular "hosts"?

Just brewed a 10 gallon batch of this, and it's bubbling away... I can't wait to keg it so I can enjoy it while watching "The Hobbit!" I'm thinking about only oak-aging 5 gallons, just like in the episode, so I can have a side-by-side to determine what to do with my next 10 gallon batch! 10th level beer nerds unite!

Please JP, you are such a smart dude and an awesome guy, we would hate to see you die in such a dumb ass way!
