Original postdate: June 25, 2010
Brewing TV does NHC 2010 in the Twin Cities. Beer-driven insanity ensues. If you were in attendance, you may see yourself or your club in this episode. If you couldn't make it - here's your chance to live vicariously through your Brewing TV homies. We had a absolute blast sampling countless beers and meeting some of our amazing viewers. See you next year in San Diego.
Here are some full length interviews with homebrew luminaries:
Charlie Papazian - author of The Complete Joy of Homebrewing
John Palmer - author of How to Brew, and host of Brew Strong
Here's a couple recipes of some beers we enjoyed during club night. A truly heavy metal DIPA from gold/silver medal winner, and member of 2010 Club of the Year DOZE, Nathan Smith. And an Ordinary Bitter, brewed by Nancy Bowser and Tom Roan of Fargo ND's Prairie Homebrew Companions called Boys Bitter. See, Brewing TV can rock AND roll.

Recipe - North Oakland Double IPA
And of course, we've got photos and and some deep thoughts...
Speaking of NHC 2010 photos, we'd love to see your top photo from the event! Send us one web-ready image via brewingtv@northernbrewer.com by Thursday 7/1 and we'll pick our favorite and send the winner a pair of shiny-new BTV taster glasses...so include your address with your submission. Cheers!

Favorite Beer In 3 Words: In My Hand
Looks like everyone is having a genuine good time. Question: How does the guy with the beardy thing get media credentials?
Great episode! Thanks for letting me live vicariously through you guys! Looks like a lot of fun! Charlie Pap, JZ, and Palmer FTW!
Favorite beer in 3 words: Drinking with friends.
A Tolkien lover myself, I do agree with Palmer's idea that shirefolk would enjoy a nice english mild, but personally i always thought they'd be a group of cream stout heads. For multiple reasons, one of them being that none of them seem to grow facial hair and a cream stout is a perfect outlet for ye who sincerely wants a moustache.
IBA or west coast brown
Never knew this was such a huge community....and this REALLY looks like fun.....makes me want to plan on San Diego!
Great job NB and Brew TV!
Hopparazzi!!!! LOVE IT!
Any word on the Shire Mild ale from Palmer?
